In my opinion great structure and posture are important places to start. We want to get you standing up straighter and into a neutral position where possible, so gravity isnt combining with poor posture to increase the stress on your body. We now have methods to improve your structure, posture, core strength and balance. Its also a great way to get your back into shape and reduce back pain.
When you think of someone who is happy and confident how is their posture ? What about someone who is unhappy. How is their posture different ?
